Get up and get moving TOWARD success early in the morning!
Most successful business people get an early morning start each day. To be successful usually requires you to be both a night and a morning person.
Give yourself a good reason to get out of bed! Make a list of what you want to accomplish the next day, and make it exciting!
Make a point of getting 7 or 8 hours of good sleep each night. Over the long haul your body and brain may rebel with only 4 or 5 hours of rest, and your efforts that day won’t accomplish as much.
Find a buddy to help you! If you have trouble getting out of bed, find someone to give you a wake-up call each morning. Make a regular time to meet and work out together Having someone depending on you gives you that extra desire to get moving.
Don’t buy a clock with a snooze button. Get up immediately after the alarm goes off or the phone call wakes you. Establishing a consistent routine will train your mind and body to wake itself up most days.
Being successful will energize you! It’s impossible to “seize the day” (carpe diem) if you sleep through half of it!
